Add-ons let you extend your current plan by exactly the thing you need, instead of paying for a whole step up.
What is available
Extra domain, $9 a month. One more site or domain than your plan includes.
Extra database, $4 a month. One more database.
+10 GB storage, $3 a month. More space for files, media and databases.
+10 GB object storage, $3 a month. Separate storage for files you want to keep out of your main disk allowance, such as media libraries or archives.
Managed Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, $10 per seat per month. If you would rather use Google's or Microsoft's email than ours, we will run it for you. Setup, DNS, mailboxes and the ongoing administration, handled.
Adding one
Go to Billing in your panel, choose Add-ons, pick what you want, and confirm. It applies immediately and we bill it pro rata for the remainder of the current period.
Add-on or plan upgrade?
Add-ons are the right answer when you need one more thing. If you need several, do the arithmetic.
For example, on Pro ($39) you get 3 sites and 20 GB. If you need 2 more sites and 20 GB more storage, that is $9 + $9 + $3 + $3, which is $24 on top, so $63. Premium is $59 and gives you 10 sites, 60 GB, double the memory and twice the CPU. Premium is the better deal.
As a rule of thumb: one add-on, add it. Three add-ons, move up a plan.
What is not an add-on
Traffic. It is unmetered on every plan and we never charge you for visitors, however many you get.
The CDN, caching, TLS certificates, email or backups. They are included on every plan. You never pay extra for them.
Removing an add-on
Remove it from Billing. Make sure you are inside the reduced limit first. If you drop 10 GB of storage while using it, writes will start failing.
